Considering that we never worked together ever before our productivity levels were pretty high. Unlike if I worked with some friends I stayed pretty in the lines and didn't talk as much as I would of with my friends. The best moment during production was probably when we were all working really hard to get the scenes done. I think one of the biggest challenges were probably trying to get all the animation b- roll to fit the audio. Other than that we worked really good and were really great as a team, I think so anyway.

Character Development

When I created my .GIF we first had to take pictures. Mr. Sanderl my teacher took pictures of us in front of a green screen so that it would be easier to cut out. When we cut ourselves out we used the quick selection tool which " quickly selects" what your trying cut out really easyily. Next step to making our .gif animation is creating a new document with the name of KeaweM_Character. We then drag our picture that we cut out into that file. When you go into that file you have to make sure that it is in the window called animation. After that you pretty much add new frames and and new layer so that you can puppet warp. When you finish the animation make all the frames 0.1 seconds so it's fast enough to see it all and look interesting. When you finish it at the end make sure that you save it for web & devices. The lower the percentage the faster it will load.
